Osteopath Frigyes Vanden Auweele Travels with the Red Devils to the USA

Osteopath Frigyes Vanden Auweele recently traveled with the Red Devils to the United States, where the national team continued its preparations for the FIFA World Cup in June. During this important training camp, two friendly matches were scheduled, against the United States and Mexico respectively. The games took place in Atlanta and Chicago and served as crucial tests in the lead-up to the tournament.

The campaign in the US can be considered a success. In addition to the sporting performances, there was a strong focus on optimizing the players’ physical condition. In this context, Frigyes plays an important role.

Since last year, he has been part of the Health & Performance department of the Belgian Football Association. His mission is clear: to ensure that the players reach the World Cup in peak condition. Through his expertise as an osteopath, he contributes to injury prevention, recovery, and the overall well-being of the squad.

Frigyes will also accompany the Red Devils during the World Cup in June. Together with the medical and performance staff, he works behind the scenes to provide the best possible preparation and support for the team, aiming to achieve top performances on the world stage and hopefully reaching the final.
